I tried it and liked the taste overall. It was enjoyable and felt like something I’d get again, though I do think the gravy could use a little improvement to make it even better.

I tried paying on jollibeefoods it was a bit exhausting for something that should’ve been quick. The payment went through, but the page loaded really slowly, so I wasn’t even sure at first if my order was confirmed. I did get the receipt after a few minutes, so it worked out in the end. Not a terrible experience, but I’m kind of tired of simple online orders feeling this uncertain. It just needs to be smoother.

I still like Jollibee and the chicken is usually really good, so I keep coming back. But ordering can be a bit frustrating sometimes, especially online, because the items I want are either missing from the menu or suddenly marked out of stock after I’ve already decided what to get.

It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but I do wish the menu was updated more clearly and the app gave better instructions or heads-up when something isn’t available. It would make the whole experience a lot smoother instead of leaving you guessing.

I ordered from Jollibee Foods i was kind of surprised in a good way because the food showed up still warm and tasted really fresh. The chicken was crispy, not dry at all, and the sides didn’t have that sitting-around-too-long taste, they actually seemed like they’d been made recently. I was just eating and thinking, okay, this was actually a solid order. Happy with it and I’d definitely order again...

The chicken was nice and juicy, which makes a big difference. Nothing too fancy, but it tasted good and did the job. Solid overall.
